The Love Of A Lifetime

"Agalhoff, wake up!", a voice says. "Wake up Agalhoff!", the voice says aloud again. Agalhoff wakes up and sees his squad buddy Sigamore. Sigamore says, "Get ready man, we got another mission from the big man."
Agalhoff  responds, "Is that so?", and gets up from his bed and grabs his gear. Sigamore then says, "You not gonna wash first?"
Agalhoff nods and says, "Yeah I'm gonna go do that first."
Sigamore just laughs and says, "Alright just don't be too long man. You know Mr. High Horse is looking to demote anybody these days."
"I don't care.", Agalhoff blurts out in a hysterical voice. Sigamore laughs again and walks out the room. Agalhoff washes up and then puts his gear on. He then makes his way to the Arch Squad mission meeting. Agalhoff looks around and sees a female smiling and waving at him to get his attention. She then waves to signal him to come stand next to her in the circle. Agalhoff smiles and goes to where she is standing and places himself in the circle next to her. She then says, "Didn't think you were gonna make it."
"And miss this opportunity to go on a mission with you again Diana; I don't think so.", Agalhoff says and looks her in the eyes while smiling. Diana looks him in the eyes while smiling as well and says, "Elder Adameth!"
          Agalhoff confused says, "Huh?"
"Elder Adameth, wake up!", she says again. Then everything around Agalhoff, disappears and goes pitch black. "Elder Adameth, are you alive?", a voice asks aloud. Adameth opens his eyes and sees a few of his kinfolk standing around him. Adameth sits up and his kinfolk helps him off the ground. He then asks, "Where are we?"
One of his kinfolk says, "We don't know. We washed ashore just like you, once the storm ended."
Adameth then says, "Ok thanks Colio. Anyone know how long we been here?"
A different kinfolk of Adameth, responds, "Well the Sun is in the South now, reaching Southwest."
"Not close to Sunset just yet huh? Thank you Akka.", Adameth says, and then asks, "Do we have any food with us?"
Colio responds, "Me, Akka, and Miadell looked all around and picked up whatever bits of food that had washed ashore the riverside. Its enough to last us some days, but that's without considering how far we are from the others and the garden."
"Alright, I will figure that out from the Supreme, see if he can give us a sense of direction on where the garden is. In the meantime bundle up the food, make some spears, sharpen some rocks and tie them to hand-length and two fingers thick, sticks.", Adameth says and commands. All the kinfolk say together, "Yes sir Elder!", and goes to find the materials they need. Adameth then blurts out, "Supreme!"
A shatter of lightning can be heard from the sky in the distance. A messenger from the Supreme comes down from the sky to talk with Adameth. Adameth asks, "Where's the Supreme?"
"Unfortunately sir Oliver is busy with something at the moment so he sent me to assist you instead.", the messenger explains. "Okay, what's your name?", Adameth asks him. "My name is Mercurial.", he responds. "Well then Mercurial, me and my three kinfolk need to find out which direction our garden is in because a storm happened while we were crossing food supply over the river and now we don't know where we're stranded.", Adameth expalins to Mercurial. "Ah yes! The Old Eden Garden, used to be a park when sir Oliver's generation inhabited the planet. Let me just look at my map.", Mercurial says as he opens his hand facing upwards and out pops up a holographic map. Adameth impressed by what he sees before him, says, "Woah!", and tries to touch the hologram. "Oh! My apologies, I forgot you haven't seen anything like this before. This is technology available to all of Oliver's Arch Squad members. We use a special glove that acts as a sensor when touching the three-dimensional map. Here, give it a try.", Mercurial explains while taking off the sensor glove and handing it over to Adameth. Adameth puts on the glove and looks at it; and as he looks at the glove Mercurial starts talking, but Adameth stays fixated on the glove as it looks so familiar.
Then FLASH!...."Okay everyone listen up! Your mission is to secure this facility that's under the control of Cor's Authority members. This facility contains a lot of secured documents and equipment that we can use to our advantage. They believe we're too distracted by the battles in other parts of the planet, but that doesn't mean they're not ready for battle. You members of Arch Squad are to hit them with the element of surprise and take out the Cor Authority members. Now lock in these coordinates on your maps and be on your way.", A man in the middle who looks like the Supreme says to Adameth in this sudden flashback memory. He then remembers a nudge on his shoulder side from someone, and turning his gaze to see Evena standing beside him. She says to him, "You ready for this Agalhoff?"
"I couldn't be more ready.", Adameth remembers himself saying to her. Then he turns his gaze down to the palm of his hand and out pops up his holographic map. He then types in some coordinates. Adameth then snaps out of the flashback, and Mercurial seeing his confused face, asks, "Are you ok?"
Adameth says, "Yeah but I think I used this before."
"Oh the fake memories! I forgot you're the leader of the New Generation who ate the fruit that plagued your mind with fake memories that feel so real to you. I can assure you that you have never used this device before.", Mercurial explains. "Ok then, but take this back.", Adameth responds while handing the glove back to Mercurial. Mercurial puts the glove back on and says, "Ok let's see......Your garden is Southwest in that direction across the river."; Mercurial points in the Southwest direction and Adameth looks in the direction he's pointing and says, "Okay, I figured we didn't get dragged too far South by the storm."
"Ok, will that be all for today?", Mercurial asks. "Yes that would be all for today.", Adameth responds. "Well then have a good day and see you soon maybe.", Mercurial says as he takes off into the sky. Adameth watches him fly away in the air and then starts to gather some materials of his own for the journey. After preparation for their journey to come, Adameth tells Colio, Miadell, and Akka the direction they need to head in to get to the garden. Miadell asks, "What about Kalimah and the others? Shouldn't we find them first?"
"No need. I remember telling Kalimah to continue on with the others and get the supplies back to the garden. We will make our way back to the garden as well.", Adameth explains. Miadell nods and Adameth then says aloud to them all, "Alright, let's make our way home."
They build a raft out of logs and vines to get across the river. Once they reach the other side, they set out on foot in the Southwest direction. The Sun eventually reaches Southwest as they continue on in that direction. However, continuing on in their direction they eventually come across a bear lurking about. Adameth signals the other three to stop, but the bear already noticed them. Adameth then says, "Get ready!", as the bear charges towards them. They all jump and roll out of the way of the bear and disperse in different directions. The bear then focuses its attention on Adameth and goes after him. Adameth takes a quick look behind and sees the bear is chasing him at an incredible speed. He then grabs his whip that he made from vines, and turns around to wait for the bear to get closer. The bear draws near and Adameth jumps to the side, lashing his whip at the bear as he dodges. He lands a mark on the bear but not without managing to take a scratch on the leg from the bear's claws. Adameth falls on the ground in pain and drops his whip. He grabs his whip and pushes himself upwards off the ground to get up, knowing the bear is not yet ready to give up. He faces the bear and starts lashing his whip at the bear really fast, landing 10 marks on the bear. The bear then let's out a loud agitated growl, and Adameth screams, "Give up!", and lashes his whip at the bear again and then jabs his spear in the bear's right arm. The bear then stands up and smacks the spear out of Adameth's hand. Adameth then quickly backs away from the bear and tries to make a run for it, but he falls on the ground due to his wound injury on his leg. Then Adameth flips himself, facing upwards to see the bear approaching him.
He pulls himself up from the ground, realizing he has no choice but to fend off the bear for his sake. Adameth then picks up a handful of  dirt and throws it in the bear's face. This stuns the bear for a quick second, and Adameth uses that second to lunge onto a tree on the side, to give himself some high ground, then quickly jumps onto the bear's back. Adameth quickly grips the fur of the bear, grabs his sharp stone and quickly stabs the bear in the nose, the right eye, the left eye, and repeatedly starts stabbing the side of the bear's neck before getting clawed and thrown into a tree. The bears let's out some more growls in a panic, and then gets hit with spears from the back. Miadell, Colio, and Akka make their way to the scene, and the bear runs off. They see Adameth on the ground breathing heavy from the intensity of the pain he feels from his wounds. Adameth sees them standing over him, but they look very blurry. Adameth hear's Colio say, "Okay we n-ed to do -----hing abo-- his woun-s. He's l-ing too m-ch bl--d."
Adameth tries to make out what they're saying but he starts closing his eyes for just a quick rest. Hearing their voices faint in the background as he passes out. All he can feel is his breathe as he drifts from consciousness. "Agalhoff!", he hears a voice call out. "Agalhoff!", he hears again and then opens his eyes. "Sleeping in class again huh. Look you're on the verge of being held back from this class if you keep sleeping during a session.", his teacher says. Agalhoff responds nonchalantly, "Mhmm, got it."
"Do you now? Well then we should discuss this more after school sir.", the teacher says. "Yeah sure whatever.", Agalhoff says still in a nonchalant manner, then he grabs his bookbag and books and leaves the classroom. The teacher then says aloud, "You better show up here after school Agalhoff or you're looking at detention time!"
Agalhoff just continues to walk off. Later that afternoon, in an alley way, "Haaa haha! Mr.Steinburg really thought you were gonna stay to see him after school? What an idiot!", says his friend Daniel. "Yeah I don't even know why he even bothers trying.", Agalhoff says with a little chuckle. "Ah this school stuff is canibulo(dog ass). Its just a means to brainwash us into being the Authority's indentured servants. They say its to have everybody use their powers in a productive way and maintain peace by restricting what we can do with them to certain limits, yet the Authority gets to freely explore their powers anyway they want.", Daniel rants. "Isn't your cousin part of the Authority?", Agalhoff asks. "Yes and that's the reason why I don't like him and am no longer living with him. The Authority unjustly took my parents away because they were and I quote, 'Teaching me problematic things', which was just something they said to hide their discrimination against people of the Craig bloodline. Gerald knows this and still decides to work with them and let them take my parents away. Then he expected me to fall in line with their rules after all that. To death with the Authority and their rules.", Daniel explains angrily. "I get you. In the meantime we need to get us some money, deposit safe is getting low.", Agalhoff mentions. "Yeah I know which is why I wanted to mention to you that I came across a mansion that's by itself in the middle of a forest. Some rich fat cat lives there, and he's got a safe of big bills sitting inside. I have been watching his property for the longest now. He has two Authority guards watching his property while he's away right now, and they must be good if there's only two of them watching over a mansion that big. I'm going to need you to create a distraction while I burn a hole into the safe and get two bags full of money for us. There's enough in there to keep us covered for three months.", Daniel explains. "What kind of distraction you need me to create?", Agalhoff asks. "Well I have no doubt that these two guards can feel vibrations within the ground given that they're able to manipulate rock matter, so you would need to divert their attention to a strong vibration within the ground and that's when I can make way to the power and cut that off so I can get in without being detected by any hidden cameras.", Daniel explains. "Okay, did you make sure there is no back up generator?", Agalhoff asks. "No, those are usually hidden in the basement, but that won't be a problem if there is.", Daniel responds. "Okay, let's get to it then.", Agalhoff says with enthusiasm.
As time passes, Daniel and Agalhoff are staking out the mansion from a nearby hit top. Daniel then asks him, "You ready?"
"Yeah.", Agalhoff responds. "Hey wait!", they both hear a voice from behind them say. They both turn around and see Diana, Cythia, and Bangledesh walking up behind them. "You two were not planning are doing another heist job without us now were you?", Cythia asks rhetorically. Diana smiles slightly and lifts one hand up a little and waves hi to Agalhoff. Agalhoff smiles slightly, back at her and waves hi back at her. "Actually, I'm glad yall are here. The more the merrier.", Daniel replies. "What bones do I get to crack today?", Bangledesh asks. "Well no bone cracking today, but you can knock the two guards out when Agalhoff lures them over here. Giving me and Cythia a lead way into the mansion. Diana will come with me and Cythia, that way we can grab more of the cash.", Daniel responds. "I love when you think on the fly, so sexy, wroof!", Cythia says to him. "In private settings you two.", Diana says. They let out a laugh, and Diana goes to hug Agalhoff and sits on his lap. Bangladesh sits on a furniture chair opposite side of the alley soda where Diana, Cynthia, Agalhoff and Daniel are sitting. Daniel then says, "Okay let me give yall the plan!"
The very next day, Daniel says, "Alright, Cythia and Diana. Let's make our way down there. Agalhoff, you know the queue."
"That I do, now go!", Agalhoff responds. Daniel, Cythia, and Diana head off towards the mansion. Bangledesh stands along side Agalhoff as he watches Daniel, Cythia, and Diana reach a certain point, which is his queue to let off the distraction. "Alright here goes nothing. Follow me!", Agalhoff says to Bangledesh, as he starts running in the opposite direction. Bangledesh follows behind him, and then he stops and says, "Right here!"; he then places his hands on the ground. The ground starts to vibrate intensely in the one spot, but then the vibration quickly spreads to cover a wide range of ground. Agalhoff increases the intensity of the vibration causing Bangledesh to have trouble standing. Agalhoff then says to him, "Bangledesh, get ready to jump, in 5, 4, 3, 2, 1....", he then quickly transfer the intense energy into his and pushes his hands towards the ground, causing all the concentrated energy within his arms to be released into the ground, causing a massive combustion reaction spreading over a hundred feet. Bangledesh manages to jump, avoiding the blast of energy and rubble flying into the air. The two guards at the mansion immediately become alerted and go to investigate.
As the guards reach the area, they see no one in site. Bangledesh sneaks up behind both of them and punches them with all his strength in the sides of their necks. The guards both go flying in the direction of where the force on their necks pushed them in. Agalhoff cheers a little for their accomplishment, and then says, "Alright, I'm sure those two are out cold, so let's go join the othe...."
"Wait, they're getting back up!", Bangledesh says in surprise. "Wait how?", Agalhoff says. The guards both laugh. One then says to them, "Do you really think a rich person would leave only two guards to watch over their mansion, if we weren't the best of the best? Jindo, handle these two. I will deal with the others."
"Sure thing Kraun! Let's dance you two!", Jindo says. Kraun uses part of the ground to carry him back to the mansion. "Oh no you don't!", Bangledesh blurts out, and then tries to jump in the air to chase after Kraun, but Jindo sinks his body into the ground and closes him in, leaving his head exposed. Agalhoff quickly slams his hand on the ground to vibrate the spot where Bangledesh is trapped, loosening the ground's particles which allows Bangledesh to break free. Jindo quickly stomps on the ground loosening up a pile of dirt which he clumps together to form a solid boulder, and kicks it at Agalhoff. Agalhoff gets hit by the boulder, sending him flying into three trees and crashing into the ground, BAM! Adameth wakes back up from his unconscious dream to him being carried on Colio's shoulder.
Colio feels Adameth's body twitch, and stops, "Elder Adameth are you awake?", Volio asks. "Yes.", Adameth responds as he lifts himself off Colio's shoulder. Miadell and Akka stop after hearing Adameth respond and turn to face Colio and Adameth. Adameth then asks, "How much ground have we covered so far?"
"We covered a good amount of ground. We now have started to reach the watery grounds that are close to the region of our garden.", Akka explains. "Good to hear!", Adameth responds. "That's not all Elder Adameth, we managed to slay the bear and collect it's meat.", Colio mentions. Adameth shocked to hear that says, "We do not slay the animals, we tame and use them!"
"We know Elder Adameth, but there's no  food around, and if we don't eat, we'll starve to death before we get back.", Akka explains. Adameth still not pleased to hear this but still nods his head in understanding, "Ok it's fine.", he tells them and they continue on their journey for days, taking necessary rests to stop and eat the raw bear meat and sleep. Adameth unfortunately doesn't get much rest at night as he keeps having dreams about him being a child and watching his parents get killed from a fatal fight with some thug beings with powers, also him getting placed in orphanage where he would receive schooling and in his first class session he met a kid who lashed out about the Authority of Cor, and that kid later became his friend along with two girls and a guy who was the brother to one of the girls. He remembered the one girl who he locked eyes with and just knew from there they had a connection which they bonded over through their robberies with their friends. He then remembered their first real conversation sitting on a roof top looking up at the stars, "You sure are one angry girl!", he said.
"You sure are one angry boy!", she said, and they both laughed. "So what happened to your parents?", Agalhoff asks. "Heh, isn't the story always the same for any orphan in this world. They were killed fighting to survive an attack and protect me at the same time.", she explained. "Same here, some thugs who were never given a place in the system to survive so they were abandoned and decided robbery was the way to go. So my family were victims to their will to survive.", he explains. "That's some way of looking at it, but I guess it doesn't matter now as we both doing the same thing those thugs did.", she states. "True, that's why I can't stay mad at what happened, I got a first hand view of what it's like to be considered not useful to the system. So in a way I see those thugs reasoning for doing what they did, but it sucks it had to come at the cost of my parents.", he says. "You're right it does suck, but now we know the reason so we never have to ask why,  just have to live with the closure.", she states. "Yeah... what's your real name by the way?", he asks. "The name I go by.", she firmly states. "Not your gang name, your real name. The one your parents gave you.",  he says. "You should already know why I don't claim that name and don't tell people that.", she says. "I know why, but I would really love to know.", he mentions. She smiles and says, "Diana is my real name."
"Cool.", he says. "Well are you going to tell me your real name, since you want to know real names!", she asserts. He just chuckles and say, "My name is Agalhoff."
Diana smiles and says, "Ok....weird name, but ok."
Agalhoff smiles back and says, "Oh really weird name, huh?"
"I'm just saying that's not a typical name you hear daily.", she says while laughing. Agalhoff just laughs with her, and Adameth's memory fades into another with him and Diana standing before a crowd cheering. The Supreme comes from behind them and says to the crowd, "Thank you, these two will go on to start a New Generation that will create everlasting peace on Cor, with my supervision. One person from the crowd screamed out, "Nonsense! You just plan to keep us prisoners here, following your every command because you wanted absolute power of Cor. You just want to be praised as some sort of saviour of Cor, but really you're just some twisted Monarch with a superiority mentality. Me and my crew shall take you down and I shall resume my rule and free everyone once again, right before you came along!", Agalhoff got a closer look and it was his old friend, Daniel Ingersoll, now going by his title name Ender Victor. "You dare defy me Ender!", The Supreme says. "Of course I do, and so do my loyal supporters! Charge now y'all!", Ender commanded, and they all charged forward, The Supreme just raised his hand and charged up electrical energy in his hand, and smited Ender and his crew from the sky kingdom. The Supreme then said, "Now that the disturbance has been squashed, we shall resume. Agalhoff and Diana, you both have chosen this mission of starting a New Generation on Cor. You two are aware you will no longer have any memory of your past life to make the mission more of a success right?"
Agalhoff nods yes, and so does Diana. The Supreme then says, "Ok let's begin!", and shocks them both in the face. Agalhoff then remembers waking up next to Diana, and The Supreme coming down to tell them their mission of reproduction and replenishing resources they take from the garden, teaching them to communicate with him effectively, and being fruitful and not to eat from the forbidden tree. The Supreme then gives Diana the name Evena, and Agalhoff the name Adameth. It then Adameth wakes up in the middle of the night, takes a walk away from the encampment, and screams for The Supreme. The Supreme shows up, and asks, "What is it you call me for Adameth?"
"Those fake memories are not fake, are they?", Adameth asks calmly. The Supreme seeing the look of betrayal upon Adameth's face says, "No they are not fake."
"You told me, and the love of my life they were fake. We had nonstop arguments over that to the point in drove us apart, having me think she was in the wrong because she doubted you and believed they were real memories. I thought she couldn't be trusted, I told our sons not to fully trust their mother. I trusted in you, and nothing more, but now I find out you turned me against the love of my life. A woman who was by my side and I was by her side, our whole lives.", Adameth states with tears of frustration. "It does not matter what you two fight over, if those memories showed you anything, is that you two were inseparable no matter what you went through with each other and outside the two of you. I understand the part I played in the dispute y'all had that somewhat affected the whole family, but I never planned for you two to have a falling out, I just didn't want past things disrupting the forward movement of the mission I gave you two. After Ender had you two eat from that tree, that reconnected the links to those nerve cells that contained the old memories, I needed you two to ignore those memories and push forward, making new ones.", The Supreme explains. "You made me shun not only my wife, but one of my own sons too because you said curiousity was corruptive. I really thought my wife's curiosity led her astray from you, and I thought it would affect my son Khan too. I gave more attention to Steff because I thought preserving him would keep him close to you, that caused a major problem for his relationship with his brother, causing Khan to feel like he needed to prove himself to me and go against directions just to stand out, getting Steff's and Kalimah's only son killed; then Steff and Khan started to fight on the horses, leading to Steff's fatal fall off a cliff. You've done more than divide us, you're responsible for the death of one my first sons and the mistreatment of the other!", Adameth asserts.
The Supreme sighs and says, "Excuse me Adameth, but I guess my focus on my own mission made me disregard the emotional impact I brought upon your family. I swear to you this, I did not mean for any of that to happen. I will say, Ender also did have a part to play in this as well. He had created and released those creatures that came to attack the garden in the first place, so that whole battle would have never happened if it wasn't for him. I'm not denying my part in any of this as I have caused your family emotional distress, but I want to make sure you're aware that a lot of what I had done was in response to Ender's disruptions."
"Yeah I see; you and Ender just strategically fighting each other with me and my wife's family. We're destined to suffered from this hatred between you two.", Adameth states angrily with tears.
"Make no mistake Adameth, I want you and your family to thrive. If I could find a way to avoid y'all getting caught up in this battle, I would make it so. If there's anything I can do for you now instead?", Oliver asks. "Lead me and my grandsons back to the garden.", Adameth answers while wiping the tears from his eyes. "Will do.", The Supreme states and leads Adameth and his grandsons back to the garden.
Kalimah guarding the front entrance barricade of the garden, waiting for her father's return, sees them and signals everyone in the garden that Adameth has returned. Evena rushes over to him immediately, and hugs him and showers Adameth with kisses. Adameth notices some of his grand and great grand children are gone, and that Khan, Aqualis, and Harmona were also not present. Adameth asks Kalimah where is Khan, Aqualis, and Harmona and their children. Kalimah stated that she had them go out and search for him and his grandsons. Adameth turns to The Supreme and asks him to send someone out to find his children. The Supreme agrees and orders one of the Arch Squad members to go find them. The Supreme then sees Promisithios with Durgrah, and notices she's holding two baby girls.
"Promisithios come here!", The Supreme commands. Durgrah gets concerned and Promisithios ensures her everything will be ok and goes to talk with The Supreme. The Supreme then says, "I had you come here to assist them, not mate with one them. Mating with the New Generation is strictly prohibited!"
"I understand my violation Supreme, but I could not help but to fall in love with Durgrah. If its okay with you I will except any punishment you throw at me as long as you spare Durgrah and my daughters.", Promisithios requests. The Supreme agrees and has Promisithios taken away. Durgrah becomes sad about the fate of her lover, and Kalimah stays with her to comfort her. Adameth and Evena reunited, have a long talk where Adameth tells her about the memories not being fake and that they were all the times they spent together. Evena tells Adameth that she's been having more memories too and that she also was starting to feel like they were never fake but wasn't sure what to say sense it caused their relationship trouble before. Adameth chuckles and embraces Evena. The two mate once again through passion and the love they felt for each other for a long time.

Oliver's Unsolved and Resolved Cases: Lady Of Sleep and Man Of Utter Darkness

Ender is known to be the nemesis of Oliver, and a problem Oliver must deal with, but unfortunately Ender does not spark fear in a being like Oliver much like those from the unsolved and resolved cases Oliver has come face to face with and lost members of the Arch Squad too during times of war with the Authority Of Cor. There are beings who still lurk about on Cor even after its remodeling after the war. A case of an infamous couple that still lurks among Cor, have been known to cause Oliver some trouble with losing Arch Squad members and making the hairs on his skin crawl from witnessing the power of these two serial killers that lurk at night to build their power.
The incident was reported to Oliver by Don Scolisus. Don was at a base set-up at night during the war. All Arch Squad members were preparing for a night raid of an Authority base. Don was out doing route checks for the night, while members back at the camp base were enjoying themselves before battle. Don walking along one of routes, heard a distant voice, gently singing, "Night-Time Lullaby. Say Good-Night. Go To Sleep My Darrrr-ling. Have A Bite. Say Good-Night. For Its Your, Time, To, Diiiiie."
Startled by the ending of the song, he turns to where the singing was coming from and noticed a very dark black figure coming towards him from the distance. The remaining reflected light from the moon, in the area started to fade into pitch darkness around Don as the dark figure gets closer to him. Then the singing voice starts again, this time behind him, "Sleep Cozy Tight. Don't Try To Fight. You're Not, Going, To Survive The Night. Your Gonna Die. Nowhere To Hide. The Darkness Is On, Our, Siiiide."
Don feels himself suddenly getting sleepy as he hears the lullaby hums of a lady and while the dark figure is still approaching him. Don makes a run for the camp to alert them, but feeling drained of energy, he throws a fire ball in the air to warn the camp as he stumbles and falls into a ditch. Don heard the running of his fellow squad members coming towards the route he was on. Unfortunately for Don, he faints before he can see what happens next. He's then woken up the next day by a member of the Arch Squad from a different team. The member asks him, "Hey Don, Arch Squad member of Team Dawn at your assistance. What happened hear last night?"
Don confused asks, "What do you mean what happened here last night?"
The Team Dawn member says, "Your entire team was drain of all their energy while sleeping. They're all dead with nothing but dry remains left in a sleeping or faint position."
Don jumps up after hearing this news and rushes to the route he was patrolling. He stops as he sees members of Team Dawn observing the dead bodies of all his fellow squad members. Don starts to tear up a bit, and yells out, "Damn Authority! They killed my greatest friends! Damn them! DAMN THEM ALL!"
The Team Dawn member who was asking Don questions, catches up with him and says, "They didn't do this Don!"
Don then asks, "How do you know?"
"Come with me to the nearby Authority base.", the Team Dawn members says. Don nods and follows her to the base. Don could not believe his eyes. "The Authority base seems to have been affected the same way. The members of the Authority and your team were killed in the same way, in their sleep.", she explains. "The entire base of Authority members was killed this way?", Don asks. She nods and says, "The entire base."
Oliver coming out of an office with documents in his hand, looks at Don, walks over to him and sternly asks, "What happened here Don?"
Don responds, "I don't know sir."
"You don't know? Where were you when this happened?", Oliver questions very seriously. "I was patrolling a route when I heard this singing and saw this dark figure approaching me. Then I felt myself about to faint and ran towards the camp, but knowing I wasn't going to make it in time, I alerted my team by throwing a fire ball in the air. I then fell down and pass out as I heard the running of my squad members.", Don explains. Oliver stares at Don intensely. Don feels a little anxious from Oliver's intense stare. Oliver then walks away. The Team Dawn member then says to him, "Stay right here, I'll be back. Don't mind him, its just been a long day for him."
Don sees her turn away to leave and says, "Wait, what's your name?"
She turns around to look at him and says, "Cythia.", then turns back around to continue handling her task. Don then takes a seat on a chair and remembers the lullaby and the dark figure, suspecting that encounter had something to do with the events that unfolded last night.

The New Gen Chapters: Ender's Influence

"Now I am going to go speak with Khan.", Ender says to his beloved, Hella. Hella then says to him, "Do what you must. I will remain here and handle any unwanted guess of Oliver's side, that enter my end of the Under-Lair."
Ender nods and gives Hella a hug and kiss before leaving out of her icy castle, into the grounds of frozen intruders. He heads all the way to his side of the Under-Lair where its warmer and fire burns brightly. Ender enters his castle and is met by his right hand, Meiphysto. Meiphysto says to Ender, "Hey, I have been working on that project you told me to do. Would you like to see the results?"
"Indeed I would like to see the results.", Ender responds. "Excellent, come hither.", Meiphysto says and leads Ender into his work room. As they enter the room, there are fossilized animal body parts sitting on shelves, and cages full of abominable creatures; two of theses abominable creatures, sit chained to a surgical table. The two chained creatures have fur all over their bodies, the arms and legs similar to that of beings like Ender and Meiphysto themselves, flat and sharp teeth in their mouths, and rounded mouths and small head with protruding eyebrows. Ender looks at the creatures in disgust and says, "Ew, what are these? They look nothing like me and you."
"I understand you wanted me to make beings such as you and I, to compete with Oliver, but unfortunately we do not have body parts of any beings like me and you. However, I did combine the brains of some animals to make two brains that function similar to ours, but they still have their animal like instincts in mind. They also have thicker bones to withstand physical attacks.", Meiphysto explains. "Can any of them speak?", Ender asks. "Unfortunately their physical structures of their mouths makes it difficult for them to form complex words, but you can still teach them through physical body communication.", Meiphysto answers. Ender sighs and says, "Well prepare them for release onto the surface. I got another task that I will need your help with again."
Meiphysto nods and puts the two creatures in cages and grabs a basket cage containing a snake. They both head up to the surface of Cor from the deep cave in the side of a mountain, where the Under-Lair lies. Ender says to Meiphysto, "Okay, now release the.....", he pauses as he looks at the two abominable creatures mating within their cage. "My apologies Ender, I forgot to mention that part of their brains was made from the brains of highly sexually active animals. I thought that might be useful in getting them to reproduce a little faster.", Meiphysto explains the unfortunate circumstance. "Indeed that is useful, just a little unexpected is all. Now open their cage and let them run wild.", Ender says. Meiphysto opens their cage and they immediately stop what they were doing and run out of their cage, far into the forest. "Well now that they're off, I need you to transfer my conscious into a snake so I can make my way to where the garden where Oliver's newly bred followers lie.", Ender says. Meiphysto comments, "You know that's going to be a long journey from here, especially as a snake, don't you?"
"Indeed I do Meiphysto. Its a long enough journey for you to train those creatures into an army and lead them in the direction of the garden, once there is enough of them.", Ender says. "Very well then, but might I ask, what makes you want to travel to the garden again, knowing that Oliver has warned them of you?", Meiphysto asks. "I have received word from one of our hidden eyes, that Agalhoff and Diana have a son who seems to be very questionable about his environment. They named him Khan, a nice young lad they have created, but he is open to doubt because of his questioning nature, that leaves room for me to disrupt Oliver's teachings that Agalhoff and Diana most likely fed him; well, Agalhoff mostly in this case. Diana still has some doubts in her mind from the last time I visited.", Ender explained. "Agh, well I have no doubt you will disrupt Oliver's teachings. Its a shame that Diana and Agalhoff were used to pave the way for Oliver's ridiculous ideal world.", Meiphysto says. Ender sighs and says, "Well from what I hear, they chose to do it."
"Do you think they really made the choice to partake in Oliver's plans?", Meiphysto asks. "I don't see much reason to believe they didn't, considering that they did nothing when Oliver decided to cut me out of the Arch Squad; and when me, you, Hella, and the others rebelled against Oliver, they fought along side him.", Ender mentions angrily. Meiphysto sighs, "Indeed they have, but I don't think that their falling out with you as a good friend, started there Ender."
"It didn't, it started when they killed a good cousin of mine. Even if he let the Authority of Cor take me away and I was mad at him for it, I never wished death upon him for doing so. I understand that he really couldn't do anything, he was powerless stop them, just like I too was powerless to stop them.", Ender says. "Sounds to me like you forgave him for his betrayal.", Meiphysto comments. "I did, now I have enough understanding to know why he did.", Ender says. "Well that being said Ender, do you think that maybe there is an understanding that you're lacking as to why your friend's would go against your wishes and kill your cousin, and that your lacking of this understanding may be keeping you from forgiving them for their wrongdoing?", Meiphysto asks. "Maybe so, but there is no time to ponder on that now, we have work to do.", Ender responded. "Very well then.", Meiphysto says and then uses his powers to remove Ender's conscious from his body, and place it into the snake's brain. Ender slithers away, while Meiphysto grabs his body and takes it back to the Under-Lair.
Ender slithers on for years until he reaches a watch station where a dish satellite is set-up. Ender enters the watch station and approaches the beings inside. Ender then says, "Hello Amei and Esmo."
Amei and Esmo look and see Ender on the table. Esmo says, "You had us worried that we have been compromised. Can't be sneaking up on us like that."
"Well have your guards up next time, because this isn't the first time I have done this and if I can do it, you know who else can do it. Understood?", Ender says sternly. "Yes Sir.", Esmo and Amei both say. "Now what intel do you have for me on Khan?", Ender asks. Amei answers, "Well it seems someone has gave Oliver the tip that you may be arriving to talk with Khan, and this was mentioned to Agalhoff by Khan's brother, Steff, during an argument over their sister Kalimah for secretly mating with both of them and having their babies."
"Oh yuck! Of course incest would be something they resort to, just to repopulate.", Ender comments. "Oh that's not even the half of it. After that tip being mentioned, Agalhoff had a talk with Oliver about his son Khan, and Oliver confirmed that you were coming to talk with his son. Now Agalhoff  has distrust Khan since that news, and Khan desperately wants his father's approval again.", Esmo mentioned. "Oh, well just when I thought my slip up in not noticing who may have been watching me talk with Meiphysto, had ruined my plans, it actually just made it a little more easier. Reach out to Meiphysto and ask him if he is leading those creatures down this way yet.", Ender says. "Well actually Meiphysto had sent a message in advance, stating that the creatures have bred more of their kind in large numbers and he trained them. He's leading them down in this direction now.", Amei says. "Wonderful! Meiphysto always a step ahead. What would I do without him? I shall travel onward to the garden. I'm sure Oliver has received word of their presence by now and warned his devoted followers.", Ender says. Amei asks, "What will you do once you get there?"
"I will tell Khan how he can win his father's approval back by giving him a plan, using a fire barrier to handle the battle that will soon come their way.", Ender explains and then gets ready to leave, but stops when he notices an owl sitting on a beam in the ceiling. "Have any of you noticed this owl before?", Ender asks. Esmo and Amei turn to look in the direction he is looking. Esmo says, "No we haven't."
"Crap! We've been compromised, kill it!", Ender commands. The owl starts to fly around. Amei tries to knock it down using the air, but ends up blowing a hole through the ceiling. The owl escapes through the hole and flies away. Ender then says, "Well that's just great. Now you guys need to relocate. Dismantle the satellite and find another location while I travel the rest of the way to the garden."
"Yes sir Ender!", Esmo and Amei both say. Ender then slithers the rest of the way to the garden, and after days go by he finally reaches the garden. He sees Khan talking with his brother, Steff, with a group of men standing at attention. Ender listens in closely to their conversation; "What brings you Steff, at a time where I am training my fighters for the battle?", Khan asks. Steff responds, "Father has sent me to tell that you have to give your fighters a breather so they can replenish their energy for the actual battle."
Khan says to Steff, "Very well then.", and then turns to his fighters, "Take a breather with the rest of the fighters, and restore your energy for the battle."
The men leave off and Khan stays behind and continues to train. A young man turns around from the group of men and says to Khan, "Are you coming father?"
"I'll be there in a little, Phabio. Don't worry yourself about me. Continue on with the other fighters.", Khan demands. Phabio says, "Yes father."
"Ah, so that's his son, interesting.", Ender says to himself, while watching Phabio leave off with the men. Ender then hears Steff say to Khan, "You should rest too brother. I'm pretty sure you don't want to be tired while battling and get yourself killed."
"I will continue on training Steff. I will never get tired. I need to be at my best for this battle.", Khan states. "Why do you feel the need to be at your best? Its not like you will be anymore prepared for the battle than anybody else.", Steff says arrogantly. Khan walks up to his brother and strongly says, "Listen Steff. I need to be at my best for this battle, to make my father trust me again, because ever since you've told him that the Supreme looked at me when he said don't trust the snake, my father looks at me in shame and distrust. Now, leave me to my training."
Steff tenses up and says, "You won't gain his trust back by continuing to train and tire yourself out before the battle like an idiot."
"Like I said before, I will continue to train, and I won't get tired. Now, I'll say to you again Steff, leave me to my training.", Khan says angrily. "If you want to fight me right now brother, we can do so.", Steff responds back angrily. "Please, like I would fight you now while we got a battle already coming. I'll fight you when its over.", Khan states. Steff nods his head and leaves as Khan continues on training. "Ah, a verbal brotherly quarrel to confirm my intel.", Ender says to himself and slithers his way up to Khan and talks with him. Khan responds negatively realizing its Ender and tries to kill him with his spear. Ender begs Khan to hear him out, but Khan insists are not letting him speak because of the trouble he has brought upon his family tribe. Ender quickly says to him, "That was not my intentions when I created those beings. I was just trying to create beings like you and the others but it did not turn out well. I ended up creating beings that act more on instinct rather then intellect. They were supposed to be my new generation of beings, and my plans with them was to populate a region, while you and the other beings apart of Oliver's new generation, populate this region. That way I can have influence over part of Cor just like Oliver."
"You want influence over part of Cor to keep me and the others who are for Oliver from populating the entire planet. I also believe that you were planning to make your beings worship you, which would of conflicted with us beings who are for the Supreme. There was bound to be a physical conflict, if not now, then later on in the future. You can not fool me Ender.", Khan says angrily while getting ready to stab Ender with his spear. "Wait! I can tell you how to defeat them, but only if you spare my life.", Ender mentions. "We can take them on without your help.", Khan states. "Indeed you can, but without my help, you will all sacrifice a great number of your kind than you would with my help. I assume you can use the idea sense you want to make your father trust you again.", Ender says in a hurry. Khan hearing that calms down and demands to know what reason Ender has for trusting him. Ender explains that he is obligated to help fix a problem he caused. Khan agrees but traps Ender stating that he will never get the chance to do it again because he will personally turn him over to Oliver himself. Ender says, "Wait! What about the deal of me telling you how to defeat the beings I created in exchange for sparing me?"
"Oh I am sparing you. I'm sparing you your life like you asked. You will tell me how to defeat those beings or I will kill you like I already was about to earlier. Basically, I am accepting your deal, but in my own way. Get it?", Khan firmly states. "Got it.", Ender responds sadly. Khan smiles and says, "Good. Now I suggest you start talking. We don't have long before this battle starts."
Ender explains to him the plan and Khan sets the basket he trapped Ender in on the ground. Khan leaves off to go battle, while Ender sits in the basket. Meiphysto coming from behind a tree, says, "Well seems like that didn't go as expected."
"Meiphysto! Man am I glad to see you. Get me out of this thing will ya.", Ender says excitingly. "Will do.", Meiphysto says while transferring his conscious to a bird so he can fly. Meiphysto then says, "Let's get going, those creatures will be here soon."
They both fly all the way back to the new watch station that Amei and Esmo had set-up, a little more further from the garden this time, up the river. "That was a risky trip.", Ender exclaims. "Nope! Oliver's servants would be too busy watching over that battle to make sure his little social project stays in operation, to worry about us.", Meiphysto explains. "That's true. Let's watch in on that battle.", Ender says. They both enter the watch station and watch the events of the battle unfold. Khan and his men have already took action in started the fire barrier, and the unexpected wind blows it towards the garden, engulfing it in flames. Ender says, "What in world? Where did that random gust of wind come from?"
"Probably just a coincidence.", Esmo responds. "I highly doubt that.", Ender states. They continue watching on seeing that the fire was put out, and that Steff's son, Lellius has been burnt to death by the fire. Khan mentions that he got the idea from Ender, and Steff then starts to fight Khan. They see Khan knock his brother, Steff, down a cliff, killing him. Agalhoff catches up and sees his son Steff, dead. Ender watching this, says, "That's right Agalhoff, look at what Oliver has brought upon your family, a brotherly quarrel that ended with the death of one of your sons. I hope you feel like you made the right choice."
"That's if he even remembers.", Meiphysto mentions. Ender agrees and they continue to watch. Agalhoff had called on Oliver for assistance. Oliver talks with them, and Ender listens closely to Oliver talking with Khan. Oliver gives Khan an overbearing punishment, and Khan begs for a lesser punishment from Oliver if he presents Ender the snake, to him. Ender laughs as he watches, for his conscious no longer lies within the snakes mind. Khan presents the snake to Oliver and demand it to speak but it doesn't after a few more attempts. "Quick, help me send a message to Oliver, Meiphysto!", Ender says in a hurry. Meiphysto helps send Ender's telepathic message stating, "Of course that's not me. I had my consciousness transferred out of the snake while everyone else was fighting against the creatures I made. I will never let myself be caught by you, Oliver. You're not going to get rid of me that easy. The war is destined to happened between me and you."
"Oh please! I make my own destiny, Ender. So long as I live, the war won't happen anytime soon.", Oliver states. "We will see Oliver. We will see.", Ender states while Meisphysto ends the telepathic transfer. Meiphysto then says, "He will send people in this direction immediately. I felt him tracing the radio-waves. We need to go now!"
Ender, Esmo, and Amei agree and they all leave out to the Under-Lair. Ender says to Esmo and Amei, "I need you guys to stay behind and hide somewhere so that you can make sure they don't find our satellite and take it."
Esmo and Amei both agree and split off to go hide. Ender and Meiphysto make their way back to the Under-Lair by flying. They lay low in Ender's castle for some days until Esmo and Amei end up coming back with terrible news. Esmo tells Ender that they have lost their only satellite to some of the Arch Squad members while encountering one of the people from Agalhoff's family tribe, traveling NorthWest, along the river. Ender immediately knew that they were heading to the other areas with very good vegetation and told Esmo and Amei to go cause a rain storm in the area. Esmo and Amei left to proceed on with the mission. Ender tells Meiphysto to help him pay one last visit to the garden area to see how things are going there. They fly to the garden during the night to avoid being seen, and hide in some trees distant from the garden. Meiphysto transfers his conscious into a snake again, and Ender slithers his way up into a tree where Khan happened to be sitting near. Ender talks with Khan, but Khan is only interested in killing Ender for he blames him for his punishment and the increased tension with his brother that lead to him killing Steff in a fight. Ender takes up responsibility for giving Khan that planned but made note that Oliver had something to do with the wind that caused the fire to go out of control. Khan was unsatisfied by that response of Ender blaming Oliver for the wind. Ender stated that he knows they praise Oliver as an all good and knowing great one, but he is not what he seems. Khan made note that all Oliver ever did was help them while Ender disrupted things by convincing his mother to eat the fruit they were not supposed to eat, causing confrontation between his parents, and giving him a plan that went out of control causing him to receive the punishment of a lifetime that his men and son, also have to bear.
Ender mentioned that he was not the one that caused Khan's father to have distrust in him like Oliver did, by bringing up the idea that Khan will eventually talk to Ender, during his visit to their tribe, and it getting released during Khan's argument with Steff over Kalimah. Khan agrees but also mentions that Oliver was right that he would talk with Ender eventually, as they did before the war. Ender states that he is not dismissing some of the problems he has caused Khan's family, he also states that the problems he caused were on the outside, while Oliver caused the mental struggles within his family. Ender then goes into detail about how Oliver has influenced a negative mindset into his father and brother causing problems between his parents, and problems between him and his father and brother. Also how he is under his brother, Aquailis, watch. Khan asked Ender how does he know all of that, and Ender said that he had some people spying on them the whole time. Khan was very unsatisfied with that answer, and tried to throw a rock at Ender, but Ender escapes to another tree. Ender then sees Khan's younger brother, Aquailis, whip Khan in the face and steps on his chest.
Ender slithers off, saying to himself, "Khan may be angry with me, but the abuse he is receiving just may be useful to my plans of disrupting Oliver's ideal world project, once and for all. Just you wait Oliver, I'm not finished with Khan just yet."

Eden's Reconstruction

After Adameth and his group leaves the garden to hunt for new vegetation, Durgrah commands Khan and his crew to gather resources and rebuild the shelters of the garden. Promisithios came down to offer some prepared meals from the Supreme's Kingdom, until they were self-sustainable again. While he was there, he would spend most of his time talking with Durgrah. The two would share intimate moments with each other for some time and come to love each other. Khan and his crew would later come to be treated as the slaves of the tribe, out of hatred, with most of that hatred directed towards Khan, and the hatred of his crew as a symptom of the tribes hatred for Khan. Khan and his crew would often be mistreated and disrespected. Durgrah issued that they only get the left overs of the food brought by Promisithios, basically starving them as they would only get scraps of cooked vegetation to eat. The weight of their punishment would often be lightened up by Harmona sneaking some fresh meals and water to them. Harmona would often talk to Khan to see how he was holding up. Khan would share his feelings with Harmona, and later start developing feelings for her. Harmona on the other hand, felt only love for Aqualis and was in no way aware of Khan's love for her.
Aqualis really wanted nothing to do with Khan, but he was left in charge of keeping an eye on Khan and his crew, by Durgrah. This made Aqualis and his crew, hate Khan and his group even more because they were burdened with policing them. Aqaulis often complained to Durgrah about her orders, but she insisted that him and his crew are the only ones best for the job, and will not change her mind. Aqualis just ended up accepting her response and just direct his anger towards Khan and his group. Aqualis was also harsh with his anger, for he started the whipping punishment upon Khan and his crew. Any members of Khan's crew who got out of line or messed up a job, would get whipped. Khan would receive the most severe of whipping if he ever messed up or got out of line, by Aqualis himself. Harmona would try to convince Aqualis to not be so hard on Khan and his crew. This prevented Aqualis from getting more deadly with his punishments, but did not lessen the brutality of it. Harmona told Khan why Aqualis was being so brutal, and that she is trying to get him to stray from using severe punishment. This made Khan really dislike Aqualis and Durgrah, for making such a punishment more overbearing then it already was.
Ender once again in the form of a snake, showed up one night to talk to Khan. Ender got Khan's attention, but not the good kind of attention. Khan wanted to kill Ender, for he blamed him for ruining his life. Ender slithered up into a high tree and asked, "Why do you hate me Khan?"
"Because you're the reason why I am suffering these punishments! Listening to you was a big mistake!", Khan responded. Ender then said, "Listening to me is what helped you guys fight off those creatures with barely any lives lost."
Khan then states, "You're the reason those creatures exist. Your the one who gave me the idea to start that bonfire, which went out of control by the wind and burned down the garden and killed my brother's only son. My brother and I had our issues, but you made it worst with your plan that spiraled out of control."
"I understand where your anger comes from Khan. I get its my fault for trying to create beings similar to you and the tribe, and ended up creating savage creatures. I tried to make up for it by offering that plan to you, in hopes that you guys would understand that I am not your enemy.", Ender states. "And who is? The Supreme?", Khan questions. "I know you all praise the Supreme as some great being who does no wrong, but I can assure he is not. He was the one who caused the wind.", Ender states. Khan then says, "Of course you would blame the Supreme for that. You want us to hate him, instead of hating you. The Supreme has done nothing to disrupt our well being; he helped us live and taught us things that would be good for us to know. You on the other hand, has done nothing but disrupt our trust in the Supreme which led to suffering. My mother, encouraged by you, ate the forbidden fruit and convinced my father to eat it as well, which led to mental suffering in their minds from the cluttered fake memories. They were scolded by the Supreme, and my mother fell out of trust in him, and felt disconnected from my father, causing them to have arguments. We had to prepare for a war against some creatures which would of never happen if it wasn't for you."
"Am I the one who accused you of eventually talking to me, which got exposed to your father during your argument with Steff, and made him distrust you?", Ender questioningly mentions. "That may have not been you, but the Supreme was right. I would eventually talk to you, which have came to be the biggest mistake I have ever made. Now, stop trying to put the blame on the Supreme for your wrongdoings.", Khan states. "I'm not blaming the Supreme for what I have done, I am simply trying to help you understand that the Supreme has caused some problems in your family's relationship with you and your group. The problems I have caused your family were outside events, the problems he had caused your family were mental. I did not make Steff think he was better than you because the Supreme did not like your display of curiosity when you first met him. Therefore, Steff thinking less of you, which came out during your argument over Kalimah, bringing to light, in front of the whole family, that the Supreme stated you would eventually talk to me. Your father had talked with the Supreme and he confirmed your father's suspicion. That is why your father didn't trust you anymore, because of the Supreme. As for my plan to you, which you planned to use to regain your father's trust in you; it was foiled by the Supreme because he found out about it. That's how he knew I was coming to talk to you in the first place. That's why he said don't trust me, because he did not want me helping your tribe survive those creatures, and in return your tribe building some trust in me. Also he is the one who assigned the blame of the destruction onto you and wanted everyone to shame you for doing so, which is why your suffering at the hands of your sister Durgrah and your brother Aqualis, today.", Ender explains. "How do you know all this?", Khan questions angrily. "I had some of my people sneak and give me information about your tribe and your Supreme, and I have been watching you guys for some time.", Ender responds. "So you just sit back and just watch and get told about your chaos unfolding!?", Khan angrily questions while picking up a rock to throw at Ender. Ender slithers away before he can get hit by the rock. "Hey!", someone screams from a distance behind Khan. Khan turns around to see Aqualis storming up to him.
Aqualis swings his whip in hand, at Khan; lashing Khan in the face. Khan falls on the ground, and Aqualis steps on his chest and seriously asks, "Who or what were you throwing a rock at?"
"The snake! He tried to come back and play on my curiosity!", Khan cries out. "So you talked to the snake, giving him room to attempt to play on your curiosity, instead of just throwing the rock at him in the first place.", Aqualis states, then shakes his head and says, "Khan. Khan. Khan. When will you learn?", then he knocks Khan unconscious with a punch to the face. The day comes in as Khan wakes from his unconscious state by Harmona wiping his face with some cold water. Khan looking up at Harmona, smiles. She asks, "What happened last night Khan? Why do you have a black eye?"
"Aqualis came to me last night because he saw me throwing a rock at Ender the snake. Aqualis whipped me and asked me why I was throwing a rock, and I told him Ender the snake was trying to play on my curiosity so I threw a rock at it, but he didn't like my response and punched me unconscious.", Khan responds. "That's horrible! I'm sorry he did that to you.", Harmona says while helping Khan stand up. Khan stares into her eyes, and she stares back. Khan hurries and kisses her. Harmona in shock says, "Khan, I'm flattered but my heart belongs to Aqualis. I just love you as a brother is all."
Khan upset, gets angry and says, "What do you mean your heart belongs to Aqualis? You have been talking with me, asking me how I'm doing and caring for me for longest, making me fall in love with you, and you tell me none that was because you feel the same?"
Harmona getting angry now, says, "I was only doing those things because your my family and I didn't want to see you and your group suffer from the added abuse to yall punishment, that Durgrah and Aqualis was bestowing unto yall. I talked with you more because you're the brother who use to take care of me and have me adventure with you like Steff. I was never trying to make you fall in love with me, just easing some hardship on a sibling who I use to look up to."
"Oh please! You're a tease you whore!", Khan yells. "Is that what you think of me?!", Harmona questions angrily. "Yes I think that of you, because you are!", Khan responds. "Then I hope you like being alone and starving then, because you won't have to worry about me so-called teasing you ever again!", Harmona states, and walks away. Khan sits on a log and tears up over the fact that she does not love him like he loves her. Times goes on, and Durgrah eventually becomes pregnant by Promisithios. Which he tells her that him impregnating her was a crime that he will have to pay for when the Supreme finds out. Promisithios tells her that he will go serve his time for his crime before his baby is born. Durgrah sadly agrees to let him go serve his time, and goes to her mother Evena, for help in dealing with her pregnancy. A few days later, Kalimah, Artima, Heavinus, Urca, Etnu, and the rest of the migrating tribe, arrive back to the garden with crops to grow. Evena, Durgrah, Harmona, and Aqualis approaches them. Evena looking around, wondering where Adameth is, asks Kalimah what happened to him. Kalimah tells her mother about the river and the storm that washed him down streamed, and how he yelled out for her to continue on without him. Evena understood and mourned her love being gone silently while she helped gather the crops. Kalimah notices Durgrah is pregnant and asks her about the pregnancy. Durgrah tells her everything as the rest of the tribe comes over to gather the resources. Everyone celebrates at night, while Evena sat alone in her shelter mourning her lost lover.

Northwest Migration

Adameth with everyone's attention focused on him, he says, "I shall now pick who will travel with me northwest, to gather resources. I want Kalimah and her group of women, Heavinus, and part of Steff's group of men, to come with me to gather resources. I will leave Aqualis to watch over Khan and his men, to make sure they rebuild our shelters; and Aqualis will have assistance from some of Steff's men. Durgrah and her group of women can stay behind and watch over Khan and his men, as well. Aqualis and Heavinus, split up Steff's men evenly among yourselves."
Aqualis and Heavinus meet-up with each other to split Steff's men among themselves. They split up his men and one extra man is left. "I think you should get the extra man, Heavinus.", Aqaulis said. "Why do you think that brother?", Heavinus asks. "Well you may need the an extra man for that journey, especially while those creatures are lurking around. I got extra help from Durgrah and her group of women, so I won't really need the extra man.", Aqualis explains. "Good point brother. I'll take the extra man.", Heavinus said.
Adameth approaches Evena and asks, "What would you like to do my darling?"
Evena replies, "I would like stay here until you get back my love."
"Very well then. I shall see you later.", Adameth states while giving Evena a hug and kiss. Artima walking up to Harmona, says, "This is great sister. I'm going with Kalimah and her group of women to gather resources."
"I bet it is sister.",  Harmona agrees. "Well, I will see you later Harmona.", Artima says. "See you later Artima.", Harmona says back to her. Harmona then gets hugged from behind by her son and daughter. "Urca and Etnu.", she says with surprise. "We have been chosen to go with grandfather Adameth to gather resources.", Etnu mentions to Harmona. "That is great for you two. I hope you two stay safe while you travel, and look out for one another.", Harmona states. "Mother we battled those creatures and held our own, and we can hold our own again.", Urca states. "Well just look out for each other for me and your father, who the both of you need to talk to before you go off with your grandfather.", Harmona states. Etnu and Urca both agree and go tell their father Aqualis that they're traveling with their grandfather. Aqualis gives them hugs and they then leave. Adameth leaves followed by Kalimah and her group of women, and Heavinus and his group of men. Artima and Urca are with Kalimah's group, and Etnu is with Heavinus's group.
Adameth leading the way, they travel along side of a river. Passing through trees a distinct sound of leaving cracking behind. Adameth held up his spear to signal for everyone to stop. The sound continued on. Adameth looked around real fast and a Lion leaps and tackles him off his horse. Adameth holding the spear in the lions mouth, pushes the lions head back. The lion goes to scratch him, but is speared to death by Artima, Heavinus, and Kalimah. Kalimah asks, "Are you okay father?"
"Yes.", Adameth responds while getting up from the ground, and hopping back on his horse. "Skin the lion for fur. We will need it for the night.", He says to Artima. "Yes father.", Artima responds and goes to skin the lion. Kalimah asks, "What now father?"
"We continue riding on, but be aware of oncoming wild animal attacks and those creatures we fought.", Adameth explains. "Very well then.", Kalimah says. They continue riding their horses northwest. They then get cut off by the intersection of the river. Adameth looks across and sees good vegetable crops growing wildly. Kalimah asks, "How will we get over there?"
"I have no idea. It seems as though the river travels on for a good while in the opposite direction, but that will take even longer and who knows when we will be able to get to the other side.", Adameth explains. "Well its getting dark, and we won't be able to see if we continue on any further.", Kalimah mentions. "Good thinking.", Adameth says to her, and then turns to face everyone, "We will set-up camp for the night. So let's gather the resources to prepare for the night."
Everyone scattered across the area picking up branches, pulling weed vines, and picking leaves. Urca walking through some trees, collecting twigs for fire, stops and notices a satellite device in a small open field and two males next to it, talking. One man has a long black beard and bald head, while the other barely has any facial hair and short shiny black head hair. The man with the long black beard says to the shiny black hair man, "We need to dismantle this satellite before we are caught."
The shiny black hair man responds, "Something tells me they already traced the signal. I don't understand why we have to dismantle these things once they're used. Why not just leave them after we had used them?"
The long black bearded man says, "We have limited tech resources, and you want to leave a perfectly good satellite for the enemy to gain hold of. Just get to work before they find us."
Urca steps out into the field, curious to know who the two males are and what is the device in the middle of the field. Urca calls out to the two males, "Hey!"; the two men turn their heads quickly and are shocked to see her. "I was wondering if you two are with the tribe, because I have never see you two around before? I also wanted to know what that thing is?", she asks as she points to the satellite. The two men talk quietly to each other, with the long bearded man asking the shiny black hair man, "Have you seen this lady before?"
The shiny black hair man responds, "No I have not. She may be one of those people without powers. She could be trouble if we tell her anything. I say we kill her."
The long bearded man says, "And make it known that people from Ender's side was here? Do you think before you say anything.", and the shiny black hair man stays silent, "Just pretend like we are on Oliver side and that we're taking care of private business for....what they call him?.....The Supreme.", the long black bearded man says. They both nod and look back at Urca. The shiny black hair man says to her, "We are helpers of the Supreme, and we are handling private matters right now. This thing was put here by people who work for Ender, and we must inspect this thing without any of the people from Adameth's tribe around. This thing could be dangerous, so we're going to have to ask you to....."; "If you two work for the Supreme, then where are your wings.", a voice interrupts. The men and Urca look around to figure out where the voice came from. "Above you.", the voice speaks again. They all look up and see two people, male and female, flying above their heads. "I knew it was only a matter of time before we were compromised. Told you we should of killed her.", the man with the shiny black hair says to the long black bearded man. The female and male land on the ground. The male has golden hair and blue eyes, and the female has long black hair. The male golden hair walks over to Urca and says, "Hi Urca. I am Miachae Lamothe. I am an actual helper of Oliver, as you can see by the wings and symbol on my armor.", he flexes his wings, "You need to head back to the others. Its already dark. We'll handle these guys."
Urca nods and heads back to the rest of the tribe. She bumps into her brother Etnu, who has been looking for her. Urca tells him about the two men in the woods with a satellite, and how they were pretending to be helpers of Oliver, but actual helpers of Oliver showed up. Etnu was not sure whether to believe her or not, so he insisted they held back to the camp they built for the night. They head back to the camp and sleep until dawn. Adameth sits on the riverside shore looking across the river  at the abundance of edible crop on the other side. Adameth wonders how will they get over to the other side. Kalimah approaches him and asks, "Why don't you ask the supreme for assistance?"
Adameth nods and calls out to the Supreme. The Supreme telepathically speaks with Adameth. The Supreme asks, "You have called out to me Adameth?"
"Yes dear lord. We see enough crops across the water to feed our entire tribe, but we have no way to get across. Is there anyway you can help us?", Adameth explains. The Supreme responds, "Yes. Take six tree logs and tie them together with vines. Once you have finished, the structure you've built is known by my people as a raft. Have a few equal amount people gather on the raft and others push it into the water, but before you do that, be sure to collect strong long thick rounded branches for each person getting on the raft, and have them line up equally on different sides of the raft opposite of each other, facing towards the other side of the river. Then tell them to dip the long branches into the water and swipe backwards. This should help you get some people across the water to gather some crops and bring it back over."
Adameth says, "Thanks my lord. That is all I needed you for."
The Supreme responds, "Very well then. Have a safe journey across the river Adameth.", and his voice fades. Adameth tells everyone to gather six logs, lots of vines, and eight branches. They gather the vines, branches, and logs. They build a raft, and eight people gather onto the raft into lines on different sides of the raft, opposite of each other. The people on the raft is Adameth and seven other members of the tribe. The raft is pushed into the water by Kalimah, Artima, Heavinus, Urca, and Etnu. Adameth. Those on the raft, dip their branches in the water and stroke backwards. It takes them some hours to get across the big body of water, to the other side. They reach the other side and start piling crops onto the raft until they can't pile no more. They use the rest of the hours of the day to get the little bit of crops on the raft across to the others. They continue doing this for days and nights. On the last load of crops, the weather began to turn dark and cloudy. Rain poured making the currents within the river, run wild. The raft was pulled downstream by the current, away from the area. Kalimah, Heavinus, Artima, Urca, Etnu, and the rest of the tribe; all witnessed this and were unable to figure out what to do. Adameth called out to Kalimah, saying, "Kalimah! Get everyone to gather the crops and head back to the garden!"
Kalimah in shock of him and the others being carried away by the current, just nods and continues to stand there watching them float away. Heavinus snaps Kalimah out her shock stasis, and gets her to focus on the task given by Adameth. Kalimah gets everyone to gather the crops into bundles so they can lug all of it back to the garden. They head southeast to the garden, but get thrown off course because of the dark rainy night. They head northeast in the wrong direction for an entire month. Realizing that they must be going the wrong way. Kalimah has everyone retrace their tracks. They run into crops they have not recognize before and decide to stop to eat them and restock up on fresh crops, then continue their journey, retracing their steps. They eventually reach the end of their tracks noticing their old tracks coming from a different direction, then continue west until they reach the river they traveled along when Adameth was with them. They use the river to make their way back to the garden. Once they have arrived, they are greeted by everyone except Khan and his men. Evena asks Kalimah about Adameth and the other missing people. Kalimah tells her that Adameth and the others were taken away by the current of a river on the raft they built. Evena sadden by such news, holds back her tears and helps with the crops. Kalimah reunites herself with Durgrah, and notices she is pregnant. Kalimah in shock asks, "You're with child."
Durgrah smiles and nods her head. Kalimah gives her a gentle hug and says, "Great for you. Now you will have a child of your own."
Everyone rejoices for the night, but Evena stays inside her shelter and cries while looking up at the stars in the sky, wondering if she will ever see Adameth ever again.

Down Times

A burnt garden in the scene. A father and his son lying dead side by side. Two mothers crying at the lost of their sons. A brother at fault. Family surround the dead relatives and mourn.
Evena the mother of mothers, goes over to her son Khan, and smacks him repeatedly. "How could you do that to your brother?!", she screams. "I wasn't trying to kill him, mom.", Khan states. Evena smacks him again. "What were you thinking, listening to Ender?!", she screamed again. Khan just sighs and says, "I don't know?"
Evena with tears in her face, attempts to smack her son again, but stops herself as she remembers when she too listened to Ender without a train of thought as to why she did. She lowers her hand and walks away from Khan. Evena walks up to Adameth and asks him, "What do we do now?"
Adameth turns to face her and sadly says, "I have no idea."; Evena responds, "Shall we call upon the Supreme?"
Adameth nods his head slowly, and then walks away from the crowd. He then shouts to the top of his lungs, "SUPREME!!!!!!!!!"; and thunder roars from the sky. Down comes the Supreme and a group of noble super beings with him. The Supreme approaches Adameth and asks, "Why have you called upon me Adameth?"
"My lord, we have lost our garden and shelters; and I have lost a son as well as a grandson.", Adameth explains. "Dear goodness! Which of your sons and grandsons have you lost?", the Supreme asks. "My lord, my son Steff, and grandson Lellius, who is also Steff's son, are dead.", Adameth responds. "What happened during the war Adameth?", the Supreme asks with shock in his eyes. "We were getting ready to battle the creatures until my son Khan and the group of men he was leading started a bonfire that the wind blew towards the garden. I sent Steff and his men to go get water from the river before the wind blew the fire towards the garden. Unfortunately, Steff's son was on the way back to the battle ground and got engulfed in the flames. Steff went to get an explanation from Khan when he went off chasing the creatures with his men. Khan came back and stated that the bonfire was Ender's idea. Steff got mad at Khan and started fighting him so Khan tried to ride away on his horse, but Steff chased him, and Khan kicked him down a steep hill.", Adameth explains with shame. The Supreme with anger in his eyes, says, "Khan."; then he says to Adameth, "Do not blame yourself for this Adameth. Khan listening to Ender was bound to happen. As for the loved ones lost, I will place their bodies in my kingdom, for Steff and Lellius were devoted followers to you and me. They have sacrificed a legacy for a greater cause, and shall receive a special ceremony in honor of their sacrifice."
"Thank you my lord.", Adameth responds. "Do not thank me just yet. I have to tell you where you can obtain more vegetation to regrow your garden. If you head northwest with a group, you can gather some vegetation from other gardens. Some people can stay behind and rebuild the shelters. I say you leave the rebuilding for those who helped create the bonfire that caused this incident.", the Supreme states. "Yes my lord.", Adameth responds. Evena walks up to Adameth's side, while looking down with shame, and says, "Greetings my lord."
"Do not feel ashamed Evena. I know you no longer believe the lies Ender has told you.", the Supreme states. Evena looks up at the Supreme and says, "My lord, I have to ask. Is the death of my son Steff and my easily corrupted son Khan, a punishment you bestowed onto me for my mind going astray from your ways?"
"No Evena. This is the work of my nemesis Ender interfering with my plans again. He will stop at nothing to bring back the chaos that once overruled our generation. I'll tell you, when I find him, I will finish him off once and for all.", the Supreme states. "Understood my lord.", Evena responds. The Supreme then says aloud, "Bring forth Steff's and Lellius's bodies."
Kalimah and Durgrah slide Steff's and Lellius's bodies to the Supreme. The Supreme says, "Gather around my helpers and everyone else. Let's give praise to Steff and Lellius for the sacrifice of their legacy for the rest of the family's survival."
They all gather round. One of the Supreme's noble helpers, Promisithios, accidentally bumps into Durgrah. Promisithios then replies, "Sorry about that."
Durgrah responds, "Oh, that's okay."; and Promisithios responds, "My name is Promisithios by the way."
Durgrah smiles a little and says, "My name is Durgrah."
"Sorry for the lost of your relatives.", Promisithios mentions. "Thanks.", Durgrah responds while dropping her head in sadness. The Supreme then says to everyone, "Let's bow our heads and close our eyes and have a moment of silence to remember these fine young men for their great sacrifice in the war. Everyone hold hands and let us say out loud, that Steff and Lellius shall be remembered forever."
Durgrah with her head bowed and eyes closed, immediately grabs Promisithios's hand, then Kalimah's. Everyone else starts to hold hands and bow their heads with their eyes close and says, "Steff and Lellius shall be remembered forever!"
The Supreme then says, "Wonderful. Now as for you Khan."; Khan looks up at the Supreme, and everyone else focuses their attention on the two. The Supreme continues, "Since you are the one who committed the biggest act of disobedience by listening to Ender and starting that bonfire, you shall be held responsible for the destruction of the garden and shelters, as well as the death of Lellius. You are already responsible for the death of Steff, as you may already know. Therefore, you shall be punished. You will no longer be able to grow healthy crops. Every time you grow crops they will die. Everyone shall view you as a horrible person to look at, and shame you to the point of discrimination. This shall be your punishment all the way until you die."
Khan in shock says, "My lord, how am I supposed to endure such a punishment that great!? Show mercy my lord! I know I have shamed my family and you, but all I wanted was to make you and my father think positively of me for once. Let me make it up to you. I have Ender trapped inside a cage I made. I know how much you wanted to get rid of him, so I trapped him so I can please you by bringing your nemesis at your mercy."
The Supreme responds, "If you have Ender trapped in a cage as you say, then bring him to me and I shall lighten up your punishment."
"Yes my lord.", Khan exclaims and goes to retrieve Ender the snake inside the trap he made. Khan brings the trapped snake over and takes him out of the trap. "Here you go my lord.", Khan says. The Supreme looks at the snake and says, "Is this really you Ender?", but gets no response. "Talk now.", Khan said angrily to the snake. However, the snake remained silent. Then a telepathic message directly from Ender is heard by everyone saying, "Of course that's not me. I had my consciousness transferred out of the snake while everyone else was fighting against the creatures I made. I will never let myself be caught by you, Oliver. You're not going to get rid of me that easy. The war is destined to happened between me and you."
"Oh please! I make my own destiny, Ender. So long as I live, the war won't happen anytime soon.", the Supreme states. "We will see Oliver. We will see.", Ender states while the sound of his voice fades away. The Supreme then looks at Khan and says, "Well it appears you don't have him."
Khan drops to his knees and says, "My lord please....!"; "Enough! Your punishment is final Khan! You will suffer the consequences of your actions until the end of your life!", the Supreme angrily interrupts. Khan in realization that the Supreme is not going to lighten his punishment, just lowers his head in sorrow. The Supreme then says, "It is time for me and my assistants to go.", he looks over to Adameth, "Adameth you know what to do."
Adameth nods, and the Supreme then says, "Okay my helpers, its time to go. Bring Steff's and Lellius's bodies with us."
They prepare to leave, and Promisithios grabbing Lellius's body, says to Durgrah, "I will see you again."
Durgrah smiles and nods. Promisithios smiles back at her, and then spreads his mechanical wings and flies into the air after the others. Adameth then says to everyone, "The Supreme told me we shall head west to gather some more crops to rebuild our garden. He also said those who assisted Khan on creating the dangerous bonfire, are responsible for rebuilding all of our shelters. Those who didn't assist Khan, some shall go with me to gather crops, and some shall stay behind and make sure that Khan and his men rebuild every shelter that we lost in that fire. Now let's get to work."
Everyone starts to get ready to work, but Khan goes up to Adameth and says, "Father, you can't let the Supreme punish me like this. Please talk to him for me."
Adameth looks at Khan angrily and punches him in the face. Khan nose starts to bleed. Adameth looks at him and says, "You are a disgrace. You bring shame to this family, and dare to embarrass me and your mother in front of the Supreme. You deserve every bit of suffering from your punishment. You're traitor Khan. You traded on your family for the enemy. Now, you live with the consequences.", then he walks off to get ready to gather some crops. Khan just sits on the ground, holding his nose, still in shock as to what his father has done.

The First War

"I just want to say that none of us had taken another species life. However, if we do not kill these other beings created by Ender, then we will be killed by them. There is no way to know how many of them there are, but we shall continue to fight so long as it means saving ourselves, our homes, and the ones we love from these creatures.", Adameth states while giving a speech to his army. They yell, "Hooraaaa!!!"
Adameth nods and says, "Okay then. Rest, but be armed, for they will approach us from the northern front when dawn comes."
Adameth's army takes a breather from training while they wait for dawn to set in. Steff approaches Adameth and says, "Father me and my fighters are well prepared for this battle."
"Nice to hear that Steff. All the fighters should be ready. Evena, Kalimah, and Durgrah have trained the female fighters well.", Adameth explains and then looks around; "Where is your brother Khan and his fighters?", he asks. Steff states, "He is still training them father."
"Oh dear. He'll tire them out before we even start. Tell Khan to give his fighters a breather. We need all their energy for the fight. We don't have long to wait.", Adameth explains. Steff nods and goes to seek out his brother Khan and his fighters. Steff finds Khan in one section of the garden with his fighters, training. Steff approaches Khan and says aloud, "Brother!"
Khan and his fighters stop what they are doing and turn their attention to Steff. Khan says to him, "What brings you Steff at a time where I am training my fighters for the battle?"
Steff responds, "Father has sent me to tell that you have to give your fighters a breather so they can replenish their energy for the actual battle."
Khan says to Steff, "Very well then.", and then turns to his fighters, "Take a breather with the rest of the fighters, and restore your energy for the battle."
Khan's fighters leave the training area to go join the rest of the army. Khan stays behind and continues to train. Khan's son Phabio walking with the fighters, stops and looks back at his father and asks, "Are you coming father?"
"I'll be there in a little Phabio. Don't worry yourself about me. Continue on with the other fighters.", Khan demands. Phabio says, "Yes father.", and continues on walking with the fighters. Steff looks at his brother and says, "You should rest too brother.
Steff tenses up and says, "You won't gain his trust back by continuing to train and tire yourself out before the battle like an idiot."; "Like I said before, I will continue to train, and I won't get tired. Now, I'll say to you again Steff, leave me to my training.", Khan says angrily. "If you want to fight me right now brother, we can do so.", Steff responds back angrily. "Please, like I would fight you now while we got a battle already coming. I'll fight you when its over.", Khan states. Steff nods and leaves to go join up with the army. Khan goes back to training, but a voice says to him, "Wow, a sibling rivalry that's getting violent."
Khan turns in the direction of the voice, and looks around. "Down here.", the voice says. Khan looks down and sees a snake. The snake says, "Yes I am the one who said that."
Khan says, "How can you......? Wait you're Ender the talking snake."; Khan grabs his spear, and Ender screams, "Wait! Wait! Wait! I mean you no harm."; "I'm not scared of you Ender.", Khan says. "Just here me out is all I am asking and I'll be on my way.", Ender begs. "I don't have time for any of your tricks. I'm too busy preparing for this battle that you brought upon us.", Khan states. "That was not my intentions when I created those beings. I was just trying to create beings like you and the others but it did not turn out well. I ended up creating beings that act more on instinct rather then intellect. They were supposed to be my new generation of beings, and my plans with them was to populate a region, while you and the other beings apart of Oliver's new generation, populate this region. That way I can have influence over part of Cor just like Oliver.", Ender quickly states. "You want influence over part of Cor to keep me and the others who are for Oliver from populating the entire planet. I also believe that you were planning to make your beings worship you, which would of conflicted with us beings for the Supreme. Khan intrigued by what Ender had said, calms down and holds back on stabbing Ender. "Why would I trust someone like you who is an enemy of the Supreme?", Khan asks. "I can't make you trust me. That can only be done by you. I just came here to give the knowledge to help you guys fight off those beings, because they are my products that I have lost control over. Basically, I have caused a problem and thought I was obligated to fix it.", Ender explains. Khan lowers his spear, but keeps it in his hands ready to raise it again, and says, "Well you are obligated to fix the problem you have created. However, you will not be getting a chance to do something like this ever again because I'm going to keep you as a prisoner and hand you over to the Supreme as a gift. That way I can make the Supreme be satisfied with me again as well. Steff will no longer be more valued by the Supreme more than me when I give you to him."
Khan grabs Ender and puts him into a basket and turns another basket upside down to tie it over the basket with Ender inside.
Dawn sets in. Adameth's army is in battle stance with him, Evena, Steff, Khan, Kalimah, and Durgrah in front of the army. Behind them stands Heavinus, Aqualis, Artima, Harmona, Phabio, and Steff's son named Lellius. Behind them are the rest of the fighters. They hold their position as they wait for Ender's beings to arrive. Rumbling from the forest in the north, can be heard. Adameth gives a signal with his hand; then Steff, Khan, Kalimah and Durgrah turn to their fighters and yell, "Archers Ready!"
The archers raise their bows upward. Adameth looks over to Evena, and nods his head at her. Evena, nods her head back at him. Adameth turns his attention back at forest. Hairy ape looking beings come running out of the forest in hordes. Adameth gives another hand signal; and Steff, Khan, Durgrah, and Kalimah all say, "Fire!"
The archers fire arrows into the air. The arrows then fly down towards the ape-like beings. Groups of the ape-like beings get hit with the arrows and die. The ones that did not get hit trample over the dead ones and rush towards Adameth's army. Adameth gives the hand signals again. Kalimah, Durgrah, Steff, and Khan tell the archers to fire again. The archers fire their arrows. More of the ape-like beings get hit with the arrows, but still more continue to push forward, getting closer to the army. Khan gives a hand signal to his fighters. Half of Khan's fighters carrying bundles of tree branches and tree fibers from the garden run forward ahead of the army in the direction of the ape-like beings. Adameth witnessing this, turns to Khan and says, "Khan what are you doing? This was not part of the plan."
Khan says to Adameth, "Don't worry father. I'm lowering their herd for us.", and yells to his archers, "Archers! Light your arrows and ready your bows!"
The archers light their arrows on fire. They then raise their bows. Khan's fighters with the tree fibers and branches build a ground wall barrier with the bundles. Steff tells Khan, "Wait brother! There is too much wood and fibers to create a fire. It can spread...."; "FIRE!!!!", Khan yells to his archers not giving Steff time to finish his statement. Khan's archers fire their flaming arrows at the bundles. Khan's fighters who planted the bundles retreat back to the army.  Some of the ape-like beings reach the branch and fiber barrier, and then the arrows strike the bundles creating a bonfire towering five feet into the air. Khan then gives another signal to the fighters on horses. The Horse riders lead by Phabio, ride their horses out to the fire with torches. They ride around the fire barrier and set the grass on fire so the ape-like beings don't circle around the barrier. Phabio rides his horse back to his father. Phabio holds his hand out for his father, and Khan grabs hold of his son's hand. Phabio lifts his father up on the front of the horse, and hops off. Adameth tells Khan, "Khan, you have to stop that fire, or else it will.....", but before he could finish, Khan rides forward raising his spear in the air, signaling his fighters to move forward and fight. Adameth in shock that Khan left without listening to him, raises his spear to signal to the rest of the army to move forward to fight. The army moves forward to fight off the oncoming group of ape-like beings. Khan and his fighters start to stab the ape-like beings. The rest of Adameth's army joins the fight and starts to stab at the ape-like beings. Some of the ape-like beings retreat back to the forest in fear, while some stay in the battle, jumping through the fire, grabbing riders off their horses. Adameth now in possession of  horse, rides next to Steff and tells him, "I need you and your fighters to stop the fire. Its getting out of control. Go get water from the river with your fighters. Steff nods and raises his spear to guide his fighters back to the garden to obtain buckets. Steff and his fighters reach the garden. Steff says aloud, "Fighters! Grab buckets and head towards the river so we can put out the fire!"
Steff's fighters grab buckets, including Lellius. Steff approaches Lellius and says to him, "Wait my son. Stay behind and fight alongside your mother's fighters."
Lellius says, "Yes father.", and hops back on his horse and rides back to the fight. Steff then hops on his horse and says to his fighters, "To the river!"
Steff's fighters follow him to the river. Meanwhile, the rest of Adameth's army fights on. They stab away with their spears at the ape-like beings jumping through the fire. They fight on until a gust a wind blowing South, pushes the flames of the fire towards the garden. Adameth quickly yells, "Everyone! Circle East and West around the fire!"
Adameth's army quickly circles around the fire before it could engulf them in flames. Khan and his fighters chase down some of the retreating ape-like beings, while Adameth's army finishes off the rest that stayed to fight. Evena told Adameth, "Honey, look at the fire!"
The fire reaches the garden and burns everything. Steff returns with his fighters and tells them to put out the fire. Steff then rides up to his father and says sadly, "Sorry father. We moved as fast as we could."
Adameth says to him, "Don't trouble yourself. A gust of wind blew the fire. There was no way you would of made it in time. Khan is the main blame for this."
One of Steff's fighters rides up to him and says, "Steff, you may want to see this."
Steff rides with the fighter to see what the fighter wanted to show him. Steff drops his spear in shock at what the fighter has shown him. Lellius dying from severe burns to his flesh. Steff falls off his horse and runs over to his dying son. Steff calls out, "Kalimah! Kalimah!!!"
Kalimah rushes over to see why Steff has called out her name, and sees Lellius dying. Kalimah tearing up, rushes to her son's aide saying, "No, no, no, no, no. Not my son."
Adameth, Evena, Durgrah and the rest go over to see Lellius. Lellius looks at Steff and Kalimah and says, "Mom.... Dad...... I have failed you."
"No son, no. You did not fail us.", Steff says to him while crying. Kalimah says to him while crying, "No baby, you did not fail us. You're going to be alright. Mommy will help you."
Lellius says to Kalimah, "Mom..... I don't think you can help me this time.", and dies in her arms. Kalimah cuddles Lellius' head, and cries. Steff stands up with tears in his eyes. Steff looks around. He wipes the tears from his eyes, looks at his dad, and then looks at the forest. Adameth says, "Steff, I'm sorry your son is gone."
Steff hops on his horse, and says, "Fighters! Follow me!"
"Steff!", Adameth calls out, "Don't do something you will regret.", but Steff in anger rides off in the direction Khan and his fighters went. Steff's fighters follow behind him. Adameth hops on his horse and rides after them. In the forest, Khan and his fighters finish chasing away the retreating ape-like beings. Khan stops and so does his fighters. Khan laughing says, "We did it fighters. We've scare them off. I doubt they will be coming back anytime soon.", and his fighters cheer.
Khan gets down off his horse. Steff eventually comes riding up with his fighters. Steff calls out, "Khan!", while getting off his horse. Khan sees Steff, and says with a smile, "Brother! Have you come to tell me father wants to congratulate me and my fighters on saving your butts?"
Steff walking up to Khan angrily, says, "You're an idiot!", and pushes him to the ground, "That fire you started not only burned the entire garden, it killed my son!"
Khan in shocked says, "What?"; "We tried to tell you that a fire that big would get out of control, but you wouldn't listen. Now, we have no shelters, and my son is dead!"
Adameth arrives, and calls out, "Steff! Khan!"
"Khan is right here father.", Steff says to him. Khan asks Adameth, "Is it true father? The fire has burned the garden and killed Lellius?"
Adameth says to Khan in an angry tone, "Yes Khan. It burned the garden and killed Lellius."
Khan says, "Oh no.", and they all return back to the garden area. Kalimah sees Khan with Adameth and Steff. She walks up to him in a hurry, and screams, "This is your fought!", and punches Khan right in the nose. "What ever could have compelled you to do something so stupid like start a fire that is susceptible to getting out of control to the point where it burns the garden, and kills my son?!", Kalimah questions Khan angrily. Everyone looks at Khan. Khan says, "I'm sorry. Ender gave me the idea, and....."; "You listened to him?!", Adameth asks angrily. Steff in shock says, "You got the idea from Ender, and went with it!"
Steff presses his hands on the sides of his head and turns to walks away from Khan. Kalimah says to Khan, "Why would you ever listen to Ender, Khan?! Ender does not like us! We are followers of the Supreme, and Ender hates the Supreme! Did that ever not occur to you when Ender was telling you this idea?!"
"No. I was trying to train so I can perform well in battle to impress my father and make him trust me again, and I guess Ender must of found out because he told me that making a fire would make those beings retreat so we can win the battle and I would impress my father enough to make him trust again and not look at me in shame like he has been doing before the battle.", Khan explains. "Wow Khan. Do you hear yourself right now?", Adameth exclaims, "You thought that an obvious devious plot by Ender was advice on how to win a battle that he brought upon us. You really thought that Ender would want to help you, let alone help us. That's stupid Khan! You knew not trust Ender from the very beginning, and yet you still did trust what he said."
Khan says, "Father, I..."; "I believe you have done enough talking for today Khan. There is no way you can justify your actions.", Adameth states angrily. Khan turns away from everyone to walk away in shame, but he gets tackled by Steff. Steff starts punching Khan in the face repeatedly. Khan then flips his brother onto the ground, and starts punching him. Kalimah screams out, "Stop it you two!", but they both continue to fight. Steff pushes Khan off of him and then jumps on top of him and starts punching him in the face repeatedly again. Khan pushes Steff off of him, and quickly hops on his horse and rides away. Steff hops on his horse and rides after Khan. Adameth yells out, "Stop you two!", while getting on his horse to ride after them.
Khan and Steff race alongside each other. Steff makes his horse bump into Khan's horse. Khan does the same with his horse. They continue bumping their horses all the way to a dangerously steep hill in the forest. Khan then kicks Steff, and Steff falls off his horse, down the hill, and falls full force into a  tree and then into a boulder protruding from the ground. It was no question that Steff was dead. Khan stops his horse in horror to see his brother fall into a tree and a boulder. Khan gets off his horse. Adameth arrives and hops off his horse. "Where's Steff?", he asks Khan. Khan doesn't respond, and continues to look down at his brother's dead body in horror. Adameth notices Khan's facial expression and looks down the hill and says, "Oh dear. What have you done Khan?"
